PRAISE FOR: Seven Days to a Better SAT Score!"

What a wonderful book! It made me glad to be old. In fact, it would even make me glad to be dead -- as long as I never had to face the SAT again."

– P.J. O’Rourke, best-selling humorist
and political commentator

"For those of us who have been waiting for a book on the Seven Days to a Better SAT Score is ‘a lifesaver.’ Not only are the tips and practice sections extremely helpful, but also each page is filled with humorous interactions among the various characters. The character Zino, for example, happens to one of my favorites with his random accent and backward thinking. Though slightly irrelevant at times, the crazy and fun side conversations kept my attention, helping me to stick to the material. Gruenbaum makes the aspects of the SAT easy to understand and his suggestions are highly useful, yet he presents his facts creatively and in a way that kept me awake. Finally there’s a study book that’s uplifting and actually fun to counterbalance the fact that it is, after all, the SAT."

"This SAT book is much different than any of the other books I see my friends studying out of or trying to learn from. Some other books released by other companies are either way too thick and imposing or they don’t help with really learning how to take the test. Some other books I myself have browsed over just give explanations and cite obscure rules as explanations for questions. What I like about this book is that it shows me how to really dissect a question, logically think about and possibly get it right without having to recall some obscure rule, theorem etc. The humor in the book also makes the whole studying process much easier to take. The Incapables add an element to the text that I like, though I am not an ‘incapable,’ seeing their logic (or lack there of) and their mistakes helps me in my understanding of certain questions that I have a hard time with. I also like the names of the check methods like Dude, Check Out Their Answers. The language the book is written in is easy to understand and the tips are therefore easy to remember. This book isn’t just a bunch of problems, or a bunch of problems with answers, it’s a complete guide."
